TEEN share their new video for “Not For Long” which was produced and directed by Roland von Tessin. “I see the video for TEEN’s ‘Not For Long’ as an interpretation of the song’s lyrics.,” said von Tessin. “It’s a collage in motion composed of both photographs and video footage. I used tribal, ancient and medieval references in an associative way akin to Moebius and Jodorowski to create what could be called an afro-futuristic style. An important inspiration was Pasolini’s ‘Medea’ which not only influenced my interpretation of the song’s lyrics, but also set a starting point for the visual concept.” TEEN’s new LP The Way And Color will be released on April 22^nd on Carpark Records . A record release show is planned in Brooklyn on April 24^th at Baby’s All Right.  

Searching for inspiration following their last album, the band’s three sisters – lead singer Teeny Lieberson, keyboardist Lizzie Lieberson and drummer Katherine Lieberson – found direction from a simple lineup tweak, joining with bassist Boshra AlSaadi to mine a new side of the band’s sound.
