Tama Gucci, was born Born Kymani Floyd. The artist’s career began as a fixture in Miami’s underground with cybernetic productions. Now based in NYC, the musician/model continues fusing cool R&B with harder, club-ready sensibilities. With tracks such as “Online” and “I Let You feat. X-Coast,” he produces a new wavelength of sound backed by a strong following. His production skills likewise took the internet by storm with a viral, tender cover of Blueface’s “Thotiana”. Recently, Gucci opened in Paris for Christine and the Queens and a slot on Caroline Polacheck’s Club Quarantine. He also found Rising up in 2020.
Today, Tama Gucci has shared a new video for “Crazy About Me”, directed by Michael Morales and Rodrigo Alvarez, out now on B4 Music. The new single follows, “I Let You” ft. X Coast, released earlier this year. “‘Crazy About Me’ speaks to relationships where you may not see eye-to-eye but your love is resilient and infinite in spite of that,” says Tama Gucci. “I wanted to create a safe space for listeners within the song.”
