Electronic artist Harvey Sutherland, has returned with “Superego.” The single/video recently dropped via Clarity Recordings. Superego is a back-to-basics machine funk stepper. Produced in self-imposed confinement at his velvet-lined studio bunker, Harvey gives the band some time off and goes inside his own head for a while Sutherland recently supported Texan psych-funk trio Khruangbin on their UK/EU tour, and will be touring with Hot Chip in Australia in March 2020.

Mike Katz, aka Harvey Sutherland, is a multi-instrumentalist and producer from Melbourne, Australia. Throughout his career, he’s been championed by Gilles Peterson, Jamie xx, Disclosure, The Black Madonna, Pete Tong and more. Sutherland works and lives on Kulin Nation land.
