Steve Gunn Debuts Two New Singles

Steve Gunn "Be Still Moon” and “Shrunken Heads.”

Steve Gunn has shared two new non-album cuts “Be Still Moon” and “Shrunken Heads.” The songs were recorded during the sessions that yielded The Unseen In Between, “Be Still Moon” is a swaying acoustic waltz that showcases Gunn’s melodic fretwork, while “Shrunken Heads” sets a rhythmic call-and-response refrain against country tinged guitars.

Having recently played with Kim Gordon at the opening of her exhibition at The Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, Gunn will recommence his US touring this summer, kicking off in Portland, ME on July 24th , with a European run rounding out his summer. He returns to the West Coast in October with a newly confirmed run of dates with Dinosaur Jr.

Steve Gunn is also known for his collaborations with Mike Cooper, Hiss Golden Messenger, Kurt Vile, and Michael Chapman.
