SpaceGhostPurrp Releases Video For “‘Osiris Of The East” And Announces W. Coast Tour Dates

Overnight SpaceGhostPurrp uploaded the latest video for

“Osiris Of The East” to his Youtube channel.

Directed by renowned director and photographer, Tim Saccenti, the clip captures the rapper at his most crepuscular, providing a suitably claustrophobic insight into his headspace, punctuated by disorientating colour transitions and the syrup-thick production of the song itself. Watch it here or below.

SpaceGhostPurrp said this about the track: “Osiris was the lord of the underworld. To me, Miami is like hell and I’m Osiris when it comes to music – I’m underrated and I came through with this rare sound. “East” means east of Miami, which is South Beach. So I’m the “Osiris of the East”, I became my own god in music, and I took over South Beach.”

“Osiris Of The East” is taken from the album, Mysterious Phonk: The Chronicles of SpaceGhostPurrp, out now via 4AD.
