Sorry have returned with their new track “JIVE,” a song that has become a staple of their live show over the past couple of years. The song is their second of 2025, following “Jetplane,” as well as their acclaimed 2024 mini-odyssey, “Waxwing.”  The song is built around a nagging, sticky hook that sits somewhere between alienation and catharsis, with Asha Lorenz’ vocals spanning loneliness, urgency and desire. The instrumentation moves from measured to raging in the blink of an eye with digital squalls pressing against churning guitars.
