Something Anorak share new video

Something Anorak share their video for "I am a Doctor' off the 'Tiny Island' LP.

English Duo, Something Anorakannounced today that they have signed to Portland-based indie record label Lefse Records, the same label that has seen the likes of Neon Indian, How to Dress Well, and Youth Lagoon. Additionally, Something Anorak have premiered their video for “I Am A Doctor”. The track comes off the duo’s last album Tiny Island, which was released in November via Howling Owl Records.

The Cousins have been playing music together in one capacity or another for the last 5 years, however it was only early last year that they decided to take things a bit more seriously and began to write as ‘Something Anorak’. Brought together through a mutual desire to subvert perceived notions of ‘pop music’ and inspired by bands/artists who have endeavoured to do the same, the band relocated to their now adopted hometown of Bristol and recorded their debut album Tiny Island. Since then the pair have been busy building a studio with a collective of artists, and writing and recording over an albums worth of new material.
