Warp Records and conglomerate jMedia have announced a new partnership. Of the partnership, Warp Records says “We’re elated to be working with Slauson Malone 1 at Warp – we support and believe in Jasper’s vision wholeheartedly and can’t wait for what’s to come.”

Slauson Malone 1, the musical project and performance piece of artist Jasper Marsalis, announces his signing with Warp Records, releasing the next chapter of music from Marsalis, following up his two prior musical releases 2019’s A Quiet Farwell, 2016-2018 (Crater Speak) and 2020’s Vergangenheitsbewältigung (Crater Speak).

Slauson Malone 1 also announces his headlining US tour beginning October 12 in Montreal, and concluding at New York’s Bowery Ballroom on October 22. The new performances are underpinned by a set of Slauson Malone 1 live dates earlier this year alongside Brooklyn MC MIKE, and a forthcoming set of live dates on the West Coast with King Krule in September.
