Sam Gellaitry has dropped new single, “ON&ON,” along with an accompanying visualizer. The new track arrives just days ahead of Sam’s debut album, ANYWHERE HERE IS PERFECT, available November 7th via Major Recordings / Warner Records

“I wrote these lyrics a long time ago!” states Gellaitry. “ON&ON is about not being sure of yourself in a relationship. It’s that voice in your head that goes on & on, and me reflecting on how I became like this in the first place due to past relationships. I say, ‘Can I trust you when I can’t even trust myself? I know that I’m the only one, but it goes on & on & on’ – meaning, I know I’m the only one for this person, but I’m too busy assuming the worst due to past experiences.”

“ON&ON” follows previous singles “START UP A RUMOUR,” “CURIOUS” featuring Toro y Moi, and “LOVE ON ME.” The new album sees Gellaitry fully stepping into his own as a vocalist and songwriter after years of artistic evolution across projects like Escapism and IV and collaborations with Kaytranada, PinkPantheress, GoldLink, METTE, and salute. The release comes on the heels of his headline show at Brooklyn Steel earlier this month.
