SadGirl, is back with a video for their new single “Goodbye Queenie. “Described as “a cosmic Americana love story that’s uniquely from the SadGirl universe. A country duo on the outs but unlike anything seen before in the genre.” The video features SadGirl guitarist/vocalist Misha Lindes and the female lead in a narrative based around the central themes of the track – heartbreak, love and hope. The band and Brain Dead Studios are presenting a “Goodbye Queenie” video premiere event on August 5th in Los Angeles. There will also be limited edition merch, DJs and live performance by SadGirl. The Los Angeles group will be heading on a West coast tour in September, playing tunes off their current release Water, now out via Suicide Squeeze Records.

Misha Lindes on “Goodbye Queenie:”

“Goodbye Queenie,” “This is an extremely personal song to me, a very candid goodbye to a very very Important person and part of my life. It came about mostly as a personal cathartic exercise, but I feel it needs to be shared now.”
