Run The Jewels announce new tour dates

Run The Jewels announce new U.S. tour dates, starting September 29th in Tucson, AZ

Run The Jewels (aka El-P and Killer Mike) has announced their Jewel Runner Fall U.S. tour. The group will be touring in continued support of RTJ2, their sophomore album on Mass Appeal Records.

The tour will include a number of festival appearances, including Northside, Bonnaroo, Primavera, Glastonbury, Roskilde, Reading, Leeds, FYF and more. Main support for the tour will be BOOTS, who has previously collaborated with RTJ, Beyonce, and Autolux, amongst others. Additional support to be announced soon.

In other news: Killer Mike was recently a guest at The White House Correspondents Dinner, appeared on Real Time with Bill Maher, and on Snoop Dogg’s weekly show, GGN.

The ever-expanding Run the Jewels universe also recently added a 3rd RTJ-inspired Marvel Comics cover, this time for Deadpool’s Secret Wars and their song “Blockbuster Night Pt. 1” was featured on the season premier of HBO’s hit show Silicon Valley.

Not content with merely performing in front of an ever-growing fan-base, the duo have been hard at work on new material for their forthcoming full length, RTJ3, as well as the feline-themed remix album Meow The Jewels, a bevy of hi-profile collaborations, and some soon-to-be-announced new partnerships
