Rituals Of Mine debut new single “Devoted”

Rituals Of Mine debut new single "Devoted". The title-track, comes off the band's debut album, out September 30th.

“Devoted” is also the title-track off Rituals of Mine debut album. The record was recorded at RBR Studios in St. Augustine, FL with producer Wes Jones, features Omar Rodriguez-Lopez (The Mars Volta, At The Drive-In) on multiple tracks and was mastered by Tom Coyne (Adele, Beyonce). The album comes out on September 30th via Warner.

“This track was especially important to us because it was one of the first tracks we wrote that pointed us in the direction in the style and sound we wanted for this record. We initially wrote this track when we lived in our north Oakland, Ca. apartment and then begin digging into the production with our producer Wes Jones during the recording sessions. We recorded the vocals with Daddy Kev (Low End Theory, Flying Lotus) in a quick take and built the track around the foundation that Dani and myself had started with. I feel like this song captures the overall tone and mood of the record as a whole; the frustration, urgency and space that it holds. We always knew that we were going to call the record Devoted so it seemed pretty fitting for this to be the title track”. -Dani Fernandez & Terra Lopez
