POOLS is comprised of multi-instrumentalist Fredrik Forell and lead vocalist Arvid Hällagård. The Swedish duo take their inspiration from The National, The Tallest Man On Earth, and more, but with their own unique and beautiful sound.

POOL’S forthcoming release You & Us is inspired by the divorce Arvid was going through as the album was taking shape. With the release of their debut full-length on the horizon, POOLS  are sharing album track “Looking For Trouble.” The song follows their previous single “Walk.”

“Looking For Trouble” details the prospects that could lie ahead for Arvid’s daughter. He says the track is about “…how when she gets older will go out to some bar and dance her way through the night, looking for trouble, which is actually the love that we all need and crave.”

POOL’s debut album You & Us arrives on April 30th 2021 via Something Beautiful.
