“The Poets Were Right” by Porcelain Raft

Porcelain Raft’s new album Microclimate is out now through Volcanic Field and the Italian-born-LA-based artist has released a new video for the previously unreleased track “The Poets Were Right”. The video is a Porcelain Raft collaboration with Ra Di Martino, the renown Italian artist and filmmaker. Remiddi tells us “I love the idea of the little girl, looking at the world upside down with innocent and playful eyes, while the man, who represents adulthood, is holding her, feeling her weight. It represents the choice that some of us make when we grow up, of keeping that innocent side of ourselves alive while facing the challenge of everyday’s life. It may look easy, just like the game in the video…but it requires a lot of determination.”

Porcelain Raft will be hitting the road this April to play a series of headlining North American dates along the West Coast, all dates can be found below. The limited edition coloured vinyl pressing is almost sold out but a few copies remain available.
