Overmono have dropped new single “Paradise Runner”, the song was written on the road, after a gig at Manchester’s Warehouse Project, brothers Tom and Ed Russell climbed aboard their tour bus, set up a makeshift studio on the top deck, and finished the track as the sun rose. Built around a striking sample from Monifah’s “All I Want”, the vocals’ raw emotion became the beating heart of the song. The track arrives, a couple of years after the arrival of their debut album Good Lies, “Paradise Runner” channels the momentum of constant touring while creating a new chapter for the UK duo. “Paradise Runner” is now available via XL Recordings.

This year, Overmono played shows at Glastonbury, All Points East, Boomtown, and Love Saves The Day and more. Their collaboration with Joy Orbison on “Lippy,” created a whole new fanbase for the duo.

Overmono includes brothers Tom and Ed Russell.
