Otzeki

Yann aka Pastel is a young Musician/Producer/DJ born in south of France and now based in London. His definitive style has a mix of Hip-Hop, Soul, House and Groove but has influenced from various other styles. Before becoming Pastel, Yann played in a few band as Bassist, Guitarist or Drummer – “I couldn’t find the exact sound that I wanted with the band so I decided to make a few demos to find musicians, but I actually kept things like this and started my own project.”

Today we hear Pastel’s re-work of ‘Angry Fix’ in a slower paced world where hip hop meets jazz, transforming it into a deep, lazy groover that would sit well in the shade of a sunny afternoon.

Skinny Pelembe (UK)

With a sample-hunting, studio-meddling mindset, Skinny Pelembe’s music roams hazy afro-tipped soul with psychedelic tangents. “Born in Johannesburg, growing up in Doncaster, Skinny Pelembe poses a quadruple threat – he produces, plays guitar, sings and MCs, taping into a unique, influence-weaving sound”. – Brownswood Future Bubbles
Already had a 6 music play

Champyons (German)

Champyons is a 3-piece band and producer collective based in New York City and Berlin. Inspired by the great artist collectives of the pop-art and early hip-hop era, Champyons incorporates RnB, Rock and electronic elements into a collage of popular culture and musical references, combining traditional song and sample-driven beat-making for a sound that transcends classic genre definitions.
