Golden Apples will release their new LP Shooting Star, on September 19th via Lame-O Records, ahead of the album’s release, they have shared single/video, “Noonday Demon.” Golden Apples was formed by singer/songwriter Russell Edling. This week, Golden Apples plays with Joyce Manor in Pittsburgh and Washington, DC. This fall, they’ll perform in Philadelphia with Finom, and later as part of Philly Music Fest.

Says Edling: ““Noonday Demon” addresses the way anxiety and paranoia can make you sort of lose track of yourself and your identity – turning your world upside down and alienating you from the people around you at the same time.”
