Last month, Majical Cloudz announced the follow up to their 2013 release, Impersonator, with the song “Silver Car Crash” off the upcoming sophomore release, Are You Alone? (out 10/16 on Matador).  Today they share the title track, an upbeat take on modern hopeless romanticism.  Majical Cloudz will perform this track and others from the album at their NYC release show on 10/21 at new venue, National Sawdust. Of the song, Devon Welsh puts it simply, ” ‘Are You Alone?’ is a song about life! People doing things and feeling things and falling all over the place! Lots of emotions! Just trying to keep going! Sometimes it’s easy! Sometimes it’s hard! It’s a song about caring what happens! To other people!.”
