After the recent release of their EP Eazy Peazy, the London band share the second half of their AA release for So Young Records, today with their new single “MadDog”. The track was recorded with Geordie Greep producer Seth Evans & Margo Broom at RAK Studios. So Young will release a very limited 7″ of “Adam & Steve / MadDog” on May 23rd with a secret show the night before to celebrate its release.

“Mad Dog talks about losing a friend and watching them become everything you thought they wouldn’t. We wrote the song as two parts, the pissed off bit and the sad/nostalgic bit, and recorded it with a quick turnaround which was fairly new to us.”

The band’s debut EP Eazy Peazy was recorded with Gilla Band’s Daniel Fox at Echo Zoo studio in Eastbourne, the group present us with cinematic arrangements, mauled by moments of cacophony; the band’s Billy Ward says of their writing process, “we thrive on the thin line between pretty and noisy, often trying to jump between the two – it’s that chaos that excites us.”
