Royel Otis have returned with “Kool Aid,” a brand new single, which arrives ahead of their European tour. The video features two old guys buying into the promise of eternal youth if they bathe in a tub of Kool Aid.

“Kool Aid is a slice of the moment after years of being smitten by the coolest girl on the street. She’s a little older and has all the rumours about her but for some reason she is entertained by you and wants to teach you new tricks. Although she walks all over you it gives you a new strut and lifts your street cred in the neighbourhood. If Bruce Lee and Springsteen had a baby, Kool Aid would be it. Called Bruce. Childhood friends, Royel Otis (aka Otis Pavlovic and Royel Maddell) are heading to Europe for a run of shows this month. Kicking off at Live at Leeds on Saturday Oct 15th, they hit London on Tuesday 18th to play The Sebright Arms before heading back up north for Manchester, Glasgow and finally Cardiff shows. Antwerp, Paris and London Calling in Amsterdam complete the tour.
