Kiwi Jr. have released a new short documentary, No Trace Evidence is about their recording process of their LP Cooler Returns during the 2020 Summer of Covid 19. The film features a candid peek into the recording studio as well as out-door mixing, isolation booths, temperature checks, and black cats crossing their path.
Cooler Returns finally dropped in January 2020. Covid 19 canceled most of the band’s plans, including multiple global dates. Miraculously a record offer arrived via email from Sub Pop Records who had not yet seen, met or spoken to the band. Kiwi Jr. will finally hit the road again, starting with a European tour on September 10th in Vienna, Austria.
No Trace Evidence Directed by Sean Egerton Foreman, who previously shot the bands’ videos for “Cooler Returns”, “Maid Marion’s Toast” and “Gimme More”.
