Gardens & Villa have shared a remix from producer N.O. Joe of “Domino” off of Gardens & Villa’s Dunes, out earlier this year on Secretly Canadian. After a chance meeting during this year’s ever-chaotic SXSW, the guys of Gardens & Villa grabbed late-night tacos with renowned producer N.O. Joe. Now we see the fruits of this fast-friendship in the form of a remix from the man behind the golden musical moments of Office Space, not to mention countless projects with the likes of Scarface, Ice Cube, Brian McKnight, D’Angelo, Rick Ross, and Lil Wayne. The N.O. Joe remix of “Domino” folds the band’s catchy rhythms and bold synth lines into his trademark gumbo funk. The rich bounce and crisp snaps serve as an ideal jump off for a guest verse from Spuf Don. Once this track fades out, you won’t be able to resist hitting replay.
