“Fruitflies” by Gabriel Garzon-Montano

Gabriel Garzón-Montano, recently shared his new video for “Fruitflies” off his debut album Jardín. Gabriel Garzón-Montano on the video for “Fruitflies”

“We live in a society that discourages self-discovery and following our hearts. Chasing our light and doing the things that turn us on requires solitude, sometimes taking a rude position, and adopting unpopular and revolutionary attitudes. Walking that path can be dangerous but light and truth are their own rewards,” Gabriel explains in contemplation of the song and the video.

The video was directed by Gabriel’s long time collaborator, Santiago Carrasquilla, who says, “this video is a visual interpretation of the lyrics – the story of the search for one’s magnificent inner light.”

In May, Gabriel will play a run of dates supporting Tom Misch, all dates below. Stay tuned for more Gabriel Garzon-Montano news to come soon…
