Eyedress has shared a new remix of his current single “Jealous” by frequent collaborator King Krule. Taken from Eyedress’ latest album, Let’s Skip to the Wedding, the rework reimagines the track through Krule’s signature lens, as the UK artist creates a brooding new version of the viral hit that masterfully complements the original. The remix is accompanied by a 3D-animated virtual skate video, directed by Eyedress himself and animated by Josh Parsons, that imagines the duo skating in a surrealist Minecraft universe before reverting back to real life. Watch it here.

The song also marks another collaboration for Eyedress and King Krule, the pair came together for Krule’s 2017 album The Ooz on “The Cadet Leaps,” Eyedress’ 2016 track “Return of the Wicca Mane,” and his video for “Separation Anxiety.” The remix is also the first offering of a series of 20 remixes from Lex Records, as part of the label celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2021.
