On Thursday, Brooklyn-based pop artist Kinneret shared a pulsing, autotune-laden, 80s dance pop-inspired track, “Every Breath.” The song explores “the balance between thinking I’m a god and thinking I’m a fragile little animal,” says Kinneret. “Too much of either belief has its problems. I alternate between heavy auto tune and clean vocals to create two characters throughout the song, representing those two sides of me.”

“Every Breath” was produced by Torna (Del Water Gap, Daisy The Great). The new single is accompanied by a quirky, surrealist music video directed by Joelle Taylor.
