Today, Djo—the indie pop solo project of actor Joe Keery—released a cover of HAIM’s “Gasoline” sung on Triple-J’s Like A Version. He originally performed the 2021 track on February 20, alongside his leading single “Basic.”

“I love that they’re sisters, and that they’re making music together,” Keery commented on a behind-the-scenes interview for Triple-J. “I have a big family, and the other song we played, ‘Basic,’ my sisters are singing on that, so I thought it’d be sort of cool to pay homage to them for that reason.”

HAIM’s “Gasoline” appears on their third studio record, Women In Music Pt. III.

Djo’s third album The Crux was released April 4. The artist is currently on a second headlining tour promoting the record, touring with his former band Post Animal in several cities across the United States and Canada.
