Los Angeles via Salt Lake City Electro/shoegaze duo BYSTS is comprised of Bryan Holbrook and Stefanie Marlow. BYSTS describe their sound as a sound reminiscent of Massive Attack, Love & Rockets and Telescopes with lush pop arrangements accompanied by moody hypnotic swells. The duo have shared the stage with Autolux, Black Angels, Black Lips, Mini Mansions, Ben Kweller, Dead Meadow, Spindrift, Strange Boys, White Rabbits, Dengue Fever, Swervedriver, The Growlers, White Hills, and Crystal Stilts. The band’s new EP Dreamland comes out on March 8th via The Rolling People Records. Recent other highlights from the band, include the singles “Need,” Night,” and “Speed.”
