Dirty Projectors Release “Impregnable Question” Video David Longstreth Performing at The Metropolitan Museum of Art November 1st

Dirty Projectors have unveiled the music video for “Impregnable Question,” the sixth and final video from the their critically acclaimed album Swing Lo Magellan. Directed by Adam Newport-Berra, the video was shot over five days in Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. The stunning landscape and spectacular views serve as the backdrop to the intriguing journey of a long-distance runner, played by Adam’s brother Alex, and his “Impregnable Question.” Watch the video for “Impregnable Question” above.

A multifaceted record, Swing Lo Magellan was released alongside “Hi Custodian,” a short film written and directed by David Longstreth and starring band members Amber Coffman, Haley Dekle, Nat Baldwin, and Mike Johnson. The album earned Longstreth a Grammy nomination for Best Recording Packaging, as well as a milestone performance at Carnegie Hall.
