DIANA stream new album ‘Familiar Touch’

DIANA stream new album 'Familiar Touch' in full, prior to its release this Friday November 18 through Culvert Music

DIANA’s sophomore album, Familiar Touch, is streaming now ahead of it’s release this Friday, November 18th. The album follows up the band’s 2013 debut Perpetual Surrender, and has been garnering praise for its distinct shift in sound and tone from that of previous releases.

In support of the LP the band are embarking on a North American tour with Mozart’s Sister that includes the band’s first US dates since 2014, and will begin on November 30th.

“It’s like the ship of Theseus,” says drummer/producer Kieran Adams, “where piece by piece the whole ship is replaced and at the end the question is: is it the same ship? Do the pieces that have been taken away somehow leave a mark? Those frameworks impart a tone so perhaps the resonance of that tone is still there even after the pieces are gone. That’s very much what it was like working on this record. We had to find these songs.”
