cootie catcher are back with new single “Quarter Note Rock,” the track is the final taste ahead of the release of their forthcoming album Something We All Got, out February 27 via Carpark Records. “”Quarter Note Rock” is about putting yourself out there on public display and not expecting perfection,” explains guitarist/singer Nolan Jakupovski. “Often writers feel nervous being so open in their lyrics but it’s those moments of vulnerability that people relate to most. Don’t be afraid to fall flat on your face, someone will say ‘literally me!’”. The song follows additional album tracks “Puzzle Pop,” “Straight Drop” and “Gingham Dress.”

cootie catcher, includes Jakupovski, Anita Fowl, Sophia Chavez, and Joseph Shemoun, kick off their tour in support of Something We All Got on March 4th in Montreal, QC. other dates include a March 6th show at the New Colossus Festival in New York, NY, a stop at this year’s SXSW festival, and a hometown record release show on March 29th.
