Winnipeg’s emotive garage pop-rock trio Mise en Scene has returned with their sophomore full length album, Still Life On Fire, due out June 30 on Light Organ Records. From the opening snarl, album single “Closer” is a blistering punk powerhouse. The “Closer” video, which premiered with Playboy today, tells an unexpected bittersweet love story through the scope of an adult film industry set.
