Following the release of their fourth LP Albumin. CELEBRATION have just been announced as special guests to FUTURE ISLANDS across their entire European tour. The tour begins in Amsterdam in early October and reaches the UK.

CELEBRATION have also just revealed a visually arresting video to new single and album opener “Razor’s Edge”. Singer Katrina Ford lists the themes that inspired the video as: “ET the movie, bathroom murder scenes, silly weak women chase scenes, poking fun at damsels in “distress”, flipping the victim role, mocking Ophelia and channeling Cindy Sherman.”

Albumin is the band’s first album since 2010’s  Electric Tarot: Hello Paradise, and their first for Bella Union, initiating a new chapter in a story marked by triumph and disaster, struggle and redemption.

“It’s been a long journey,” recalls Ford, who with multi-instrumentalist (and husband) Sean Antanaitis and drummer David Bergander, formed Celebration in 2004. “We’ve all experienced a lot of life, toured a whole lot, had our ups and downs, and the music reflects that. It goes deeper now.”
