Grocer have shared a new band-directed video for “Caterpillar Pilled,” the track is of the trio’s forthcoming album Bless Me, available April 19th via Grind Select (A Beacon School). Grocer will be touring North America this Spring, including a run of dates with Kal Marks and a LP release show at Johnny Brenda’s on April 25th. Bless Me was tracked live in their own basement and further realized with mixing help from Nate Amos (Water From Your Eyes, This Is Lorelei)

Nicholas Rahn (vocals/guitar) describes the single: “Caterpillar Pilled” was the last song written for the album. It was partially inspired by a radio station at the end of the dial I found that plays cheerful kids songs from the 50s. I was going through an emotional rough patch and spending days wandering around the Wissahickon (in Philadelphia) and taking drugs. Somehow these two influences showed up at the same time on this song. This song is about transformation.”
