Today, Bon Iver has shared via thw New Yorker “Day One (feat. Dijon and Flock of Dimes),” in the form of a poem. Now available online and in the April 7th issue of the New Yorker, the piece includes an early look at the song’s lyrics, as well as a very special a cappella arrangement of the track’s isolated vocal performances. The full studio rendition – featuring an array of instrumentation from Justin Vernon, Samuel Tsang, Jim-E Stack, Cory Henry, MonoNeon and Eli Teplin – will arrive with the release of Bon Iver’s forthcoming album, SABLE, fABLE, on April 11th. In other news, on April 2nd, Justin Vernon will sit down with Jimmy Fallon for an interview on The Tonight Show. The new music follows, singles “Everything Is Peaceful Love,” “If Only I Could Wait (feat. Danielle Haim)” and “Walk Home,” as well as last fall’s SABLE, EP.
