Billboard Style, the project of Ben Guterl (Forth Wanderers) and Dan Howard (Victoryland), have signed to NY/Nashville indie label, Good English Records (Bloodsports). for their debut album, Pull of the Moon, dropping on October 16, 2026 digitally and on CDs. Head of the album’s arrival, the band is sharing the Lead single and title track. Billboard Style, the project of Ben Guterl (Forth Wanderers) and Dan Howard (Victoryland).

Says Billboard Style: “This song is about desire and wanting someone so bad it’s like a little parasite that nestles in your brain and rewires your thoughts,” Ben explains. “It’s about how you always lose a part of yourself in pursuit of someone else and how you might not care because love is intoxicating and maybe that’s the shit life is all about.”

Billboard Style brings the longtime friends and collaborators together for Pull of the Moon. The only way to get through it all is to turn every feeling of discomfort into a song and really mean it, as the lyrics dive into Ben’s desires and impulses in the chaos of becoming who you are. Recorded at Chateau Grand Studios in Brooklyn, the record refuses to lean into the detached cool that dominates so much of the current landscape with larger than life choruses, honest storytelling and unfiltered indie rock catharsis.
