“Ballet” By Little Image

Dallas band Little Image recently released a video for “Ballet,” the latest single off their forthcoming debut album, Self Titled available May 12, 2023 via Hollywood Records. Directed by close friend and collaborator of the band Sawyer Skipper and Joel Nix, the video features choreography and performance by lead singer Jackson Simmons’ wife Prin, a professional ballerina. The dance, shown in a dimly lit room, is a impromptu performance emphasizing the emotion at the root of the song — an inner battle with one’s self image. Self Titled was produced in partnership with Chad Copelin (Sufjan Stevens). The band recently finished a run of dates with Panic! At The Disco.

little image morphed from a group of perpetually online suburban teens who were obsessed with underground indie rock and had no idea what they wanted to be into the tight-knit outfit you see today. Made up of Jackson Simmons (vocals/guitar), Brandon Walters (bass/synth) and Troy Bruner (drums), the trio truly blossomed during 2020’s lockdown.
