Ash & Bloom To Release Debut Album On 24/6

Hamilton’s Ash & Bloom are set for the upcoming release of their debut album, Let The Storm Come, on June 24th. Listen to the track, “Heaven Is A Ghost Town” above.

Ash & Bloom is a duo comprising of Matt McKenna and James Bloemendal, which formed about a decade ago in Hamilton, Ontario. Let The Storm Come features 12 original songs that have been selected from a collection of hundred of songs written by the duo over a number of years. The new album includes co-writes other Canadian musicians such as Peter Katz, Caroline Brooks from Good Lovelies, Julie Crochietere and Rob Szabo.

Before the release of Let The Storm Come, the duo will be heading the road for a number of live shows across Canada and then continuing in Australia in the fall. The dates for the upcoming shows, along with the tracklisting of the debut, can be found below.
